Catalyst FM

Synergistic mixture of metal salts

Catalyst for the resin finishing of textiles   composed of cellulosic fibers and their blends with synthetic fibers.   Compared with standard metal-salt catalysts, Catalyst FM permits a marked   reduction in the curing temperature or curing time. Ideal for one-step drying   and curing. Significantly reduces the free-formaldehyde content as measured   by the various test methods.

Resin CD-281

Modified dimethylol dihydroxy ethylene urea

Cross linker for low formaldehyde, wash fast resin finishing of woven and knitted fabrics composed of cellulosic fibers and their blends with synthetic fibers. High reactivity and extremely low formaldehyde values according to LAW112 and AATCC 112. Conforms to the formaldehyde limits ofÖko-Tex Standard100 (< 75ppm according to LAW 112).

Derivate based on Hydroxymethylated urea, in water/solvent

Crosslinker for the low formaldehyde, easy care and non-iron finishing of textiles composed of cellulose fibres and their blends with synthetic fibres.

Resin COC

Modified dimethylol dihydroxy ethylene urea

Crosslinker for the easycare finishing of textiles composed of cellulosic fibres and their blends with synthetic fibres. Good reactivity and good stability to hydrolysis.

Resin ELF Liquid

Modified N-methylol dihydroxy ethylene urea

Ultra low formaldehyde containing crosslinking agent for the easy care finishing of textiles of cellulosic fibres and their blends with synthetic fibres

Resin F-AP Liquid

Modified dimethylol dihydroxy ethylene urea

Crosslinking agent for low-formaldehyde, wash fast resin finishing of woven and knitted fabrics composed of cellulosic fibers and their blends with synthetic fibers. Very high reactivity and extremely low formaldehyde values according to the LAW 112 and AATCC 112 methods (EN ISO 14184, Parts 1&2).Ideal for the “Advanced Performance Finish”.  Very low emissions into the exhaust air. When used properly according to our recommendations (cf. TI), Resin F-AP is suitable for textiles that are to be certified as “Tested for harmful substances” according to Öko-Tex Standard 100 (Class II).

Crosslinking agent for low-formaldehyde, chlorine-resistant, wash fast resin finishing of woven and knitted fabrics composed of cellulosic fibers and their blends with synthetic fibers. Resin F-ECO

Crosslinker for extremely low-formaldehyde, easy-care finishing of textiles composed of cellulosic fibres and their blends with synthetic fibres.

Suitable for low temperature curing.

Resin FE-208

Modified dimethylol dihydroxy ethylene urea

Crosslinker for low-formaldehyde, chlorine-resistant wash fast resin finishing of woven and knitted fabrics composed of cellulosic fibers and their blends with synthetic fibers. High reactivity and good stability to hydrolysis. Particularly low formaldehyde values according to the LAW 112 and AATCC 112 methods.

Resin NZF Liquid

Modified dihydroxy ethylene urea

Crosslinking agent for the formaldehyde-free finishing of textiles of cellulosic fibers and their blends with synthetic fibers. Imparts very good dimensional stability with good wet and dry crease recovery properties to textiles of cotton and viscose and their blends. Meets the requirements of formaldehyde freedom as required for children's wear (under 2 years) in Japan Law 112 Finnish Law SFS 4996/1986, OEKO-TEX®1 Standard 100
